For future versions, the following features are on the prioritization list:
- end-of-event upgrades (do not count into the clock amount needed for the plan)
- start-of-event upgrades (needed to be finished, add to the clock amount needed for the plan)
- building speed research options (allow for entering player's own research multiplier)
